Thirty Five members and friends attended the December meeting of the society. This started with the 23rd Annual General Meeting and was followed by humorous monologues by Graham Fardon and ended with refreshments and wine.
A presentation was made to Brenda Arthur who retired as chairman of the society after serving on the committee from its beginning.
Unfortunately at the AGM no decision was made about the future of the society.
No new officers and committee members were elected and it was proposed and carried that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday January 6, at 7.30 pm at the Community Centre, High Street, Kingswinford.
All members and anyone interested in keeping the society active are asked to attend. Further information can be obtained from Ron Julian 01384 295848
