PEOPLE can find about more about sight loss thanks to a dedicated bus which is touring the Black Country to spread the word about eye health.

Staff from the Beacon Centre will tell those who hop on board how sight loss issues could affect them and what help is on hand at the charity's Sedgley headquarters.

The bus will park up at Ashwood Nurseries, in Kingswinford, from 10am until 3pm on Saturday, February 11.

The charity's information officer Pete Moodie said: "The Beacon bus is a completely free service with our friendly staff offering sight loss advice and guidance or demonstrations of assistive living aids and equipment."
