A LYE man who was spared jail for burglary has been hit with a two month curfew for breaching a court order.
Kelvin Wakeman, aged 28, admitted breaching the two year community order by failing to keep appointments.
Judge Nicholas Webb told Wakeman, of Vicarage Road, that he must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am for the duration of the curfew and further breaches would be met with an immediate term of imprisonment.
Judge Webb said it was vital he kept future appointments and continued with his drug rehabilitation programme.
Anthony Potter, defending, told Wolverhampton Crown Court that Wakeman was initially spared a jail term because he had kept out of trouble with police since 2011 in his determined bid to “put his criminal past behind him".
