FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a road traffic smash at a busy junction in Wollaston this afternoon (Tuesday).
West Midlands Fire Service sent one crew from Stourbridge to the scene – at the junction of High Park Avenue and Bridgnorth Road after receiving reports that a car had hit a road sign.
A spokesman for the fire service said a 999 call was received just before 2.30pm and firefighters from Stourbridge attended the scene and made the vehicle safe before leaving just after 3pm.
Police were reportedly also at the scene of the incident.
There are no reports of any casualties.
