A TILE cutter, hammer drill and three angle grinders were among the items stolen from a property in Barnt Green.
The burglary took place at a large detached property in Pumphouse Lane between 6pm on March 20 and 7am on March 21.
The building is in its final stages of a three-year development. But prior to the family moving in, burglars have forced entry through two windows and stole building equipment worth thousands of pounds from inside.
Items stolen included a large blue Scheppach tile cutter, valued around £400, 10 chrome lever handles and hinges, worth £220 each, and two green Makita angle grinders, costing around £100 each.
A white Makita DAB radio, worth £135, a red Hilti hammer drill, costing £320, and a black and red Neisen cordless angle grinder, worth £80, were also taken.
Anyone with information on the burglary is urged to contact West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 099s.
