Regarding M Jones (18 Sept) querying parent with child spaces over Blue Badge ones. I would be interested to know where M Jones has seen parent with child spaces closer to the building that Blue Badge spaces, as there is a legal requirement for the latter, but not the former.
Concerning the fines I initially mentioned being levied by supermarkets, M Jones is right, Only a court can impose a fine. The penalty issued by a private car park landlord is legislation in civil law known as Tort.
