Starke and Worrall put the icing on the cake for Cradley and finish in style with a maximum!

Superb from the Heathens.

Tom Perry wins from Nathan Greaves.

His winning time was 58.61.

Heat 13:

The dream team of Starke and Worrall do it again for Cradley.

Starke wins it from his team mate as Cradley claim a maximum.

His winning time was 57.53

Heat 13 comes to an end when Oliver Greenwood slides out.

He is okay but will be excluded from the re-run.


Heat 12:

Nielsen wins it for the Storm.

His winning time was 58.89.

Heat 11:

Greaves wins it for Cradley but they were on for a maximum until Worrall slowed on the last lap!

Did he think the race was already over?

The two Coventry riders claimed the other places to draw the round.

The Storm claimed that last heat by 5 points to 3 to leave the gap at 10 points.

Cradley lead 36-26.


Heat 10:

Paul Starke wins it!

However, Nielsen claims second and Dan Greenwood third after Williamson slid out.

His winning time was 57.73

Stefan Nielsen will be taking a tactical ride next up in heat 10 for Coventry.


Heat 9:

A massive 5-1 for Cradley as Max Clegg is followed to the line by Tom Perry!

That could be a key heat tonight.

His winning time was 58.26

Heat 8:

A win for Coventry as Dan Greenwood takes it.

He is followed by both Cradley men as the heat is drawn.

His winning time was 59.28.

Cradley are winning 25-17 in a close contest at Monmore tonight.

Worrall wins it for the Heathens!

Nielsen shut the door on Greaves to take second.

Heat 6:

Starke gets the job done for Cradley.

Once again the heat is drawn after Williamson spun out for the home side a d carried on to finish last.

Starke's winning time was 56.93

Heat 5:

Clegg wins for Heathens but is followed to the line by both Coventry riders as the heat is drawn.

His winning time was 57.11

Heat 4:

Worrall takes it for Cradley.

His winning time was 56.13

It is brought to a halt as Phillips slides into Knuckey at the first bend.

All riders are fine and all will contest the re-run.

Coventry hit back.

Nielsen comes home in front.

Cradley are facing their toughest home test of the season according to skipper Paul Starke.
The Heathens have romped away at the top of the National League table with a string of massive wins but now face a run of harder, more competitive meetings.
But with Cradley high on confidence, Starke is backing his side to add three more points to their a National League tally.
He said: "Our season starts now really - we've got some tough meetings coming up and we need to show what we are made of.
"The meeting against Coventry is probably the biggest meeting of the season so far for us, and we are desperate to perform well.
"We know we are capable of getting all three points, and that is obviously what we are aiming for.
"We were really disappointed to lose at Coventry earlier in the year, but we are at home this time around and everyone has hit top form.”
